Who knew muscles could be a right pain in the neck, quite literally. After months (maybe years) of niggling neck issues, a new physio clinic in my locality prompted me to finally do something about it. Deciding to give this aspiring business a go, I booked my second ever physio appointment. Thankfully, it turns out Jen is some kind of horse whisperer, or muscle whisperer more like it. With the aid of a few dry needles, I'm back to tip top wrestling-my-kids-on-the-floor kind of form. Thanks Jen!
